RECOMMENDED SHIRAZ/SYRAH'S

TURNING LEAF SYRAH

This wine expresses itself with rich, ripe plum flavors with hints of vanilla and black pepper in the nose. The wine is medium bodied with soft supple and sophisticated tannins underscored by hints of dark chocolate on the finish.

Our 2001 Syrah pairs deliciously well with strongly flavored dishes such as beef kabobs or grilled lamb seasoned with pepper and spice seasonings.
