The 2001 vintage Pinot Grigio has a clear straw yellow color with light, golden reflections. It offers a very pleasant nose, with tropical fruit and floral fragrances, which exalt the freshness and make this wine unique. The wine displays crisp, subtle flavors with excellent balance and elegance.

This wine goes well with seafood, especially salmon and sea bass, poultry, pasta dishes with vegetables, and sauces with fresh herbs such as basil, dill and tarragon.
