MERLOT RECIPES
LANDROVER STEAK WITH THYME
Ingredients
2 teaspoons Lawry’s® Garlic Salt
1/2 teaspoon Lawry’s® Seasoned Pepper
2 tablespoons Bertolli® Olive Oil
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon country Dijon mustard
1 rib eye steak (bone-in), about 1 to 11/2 pounds
Directions
In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Place steak on grill over medium-high heat. Spread
thyme mixture on topside of steak. Grill for 4 minutes,
turn and spread remaining mixture on steak; grill to desired
doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes for medium-rare. Makes
2 to 3 servings.
Prep Time: 6 minutes / Grill Time: 7 minutes
