CABERNET SAUVIGNON

GALLO OF SONOMA CABERNET SAUVIGNON

This 2000 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon is full and complex with balanced flavors of ripe black cherries, currant, and spice. Tannins and months of oak aging have resulted in a wine with excellent structure and character.

Well balanced, smooth, and integrated, this wine is expressive in the front and has a long lingering finish. This Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant addition to any meal, including dishes with beef, lamb, or pork.
