
Directions:
In large resealable plastic bag, combine lime zest, juice and chicken; seal bag and shake to coat. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray; arrange chicken on pan. In small bowl, combine Garlic Salt and Seasoned Pepper. Sprinkle top side of drummettes with half of seasoning mixture. Broil chicken about 5 inches from heat for 8 minutes. Turn drummettes and sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Broil 8 minutes more or until meat is no longer pink inside and juices run clear.

Medium-bodied with subtle flavors of tropical fruit, herbs, and citrus followed by a crisp, clean finish. A moderate summer followed by an Indian fall created an ideal growing season for this wine. Grapes ripened slowly and naturally and were packed with mature varietal flavors.
