Recipe:
HERBED PORK LOIN
- 4 lb boneless pork loin, tied
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp fresh minced rosemary
- 1 tsp ginger
- Salt & Pepper, as desired
Combine oil, soy sauce and all seasonings; rub over pork loin. Wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Prepare grill for indirect cooking. Place pork loin in center, grill until 160 degrees on meat thermometer, turning every 15 minutes. Grill for 60 to 90 minutes, until grilled to your desired taste.
