Directions
Heat water in double boiler until almost boiling. Turn down heat. In the top
of the double boiler, add the chocolate. Heat, stirring occasionally, until
chocolate is creamy.Holding berries by stem, dip in the chocolate
until 3/4 of the strawberry is covered in chocolate. Using a wire rack, place the
strawberry on the rack stem side down.
Put in refrigerator until chocolate hardens. |
