Mostacelli with Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients
1 16 oz. pkg Mostaccioli
2 Bell Peppers (Green, Yellow or Red),
   cut in strips
1/2 pound Portabella Mushrooms
1 Zuccini Squash
1 Red Onion, cut in wedges
2 Summer Squash, cut in segments
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
Flavored Olive Oil
Mixed Herb seasoning
Salt & Pepper

Directions

Drizzle vegetables with a flavored olive oil; sprinkle with herb seasoning and salt & pepper.

Grill in vegetable basket approximately 10 minutes, mixing occasionally until vegetables are at desired tenderness.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.   Add Mostaccioli and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Place in large bowl.  Add grilled vegetables.
