ANAPAMU

Monterey County

Monterey County provides a climate that is ideally suited
for the growing of premium Chardonnay grapes. Cooling marine air and fog make
Montereys growing season the longest of the entire grape growing regions in
California. Our Anapamu Monterey County Chardonnay expresses the lush tropical fruit that
results from these conditions, with a brilliant golden hue and up front juicy pineapple
citrus aromas. The wine has a rich, buttery, creamy mouthfeel balanced with firm acidity,
providing freshness and a lingering pleasant finish.

| We recommend this wine to be served with olive oil based
Mediterranean dishes, particularly pasta with pesto or served in an "Alfredo"
sauce. This wine will equally pair with fish or fowl dishes with a butter/oil base to the
sauce and with Italian seasonings such as basil and tarragon. |
